HOW TO SIGN-UP:
Fill out & submit the application form below.
Maikee will personally email or text you to discuss training dates.
After agreeing on a date, you will then receive an email with an invoice to pay the $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your seat. Remember, trainings are first come first serve!
Once the deposit is paid, you’re officially signed up! 👏
The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before your scheduled class date.
DEPOSIT:
*A $500 deposit is required to secure your seat. The remaining balance will be due at least 7 days before your scheduled class date. Training class fees and deposits are non-refundable. If you fail to make your final payment by the due date, your spot will be forfeited. If you are unable to attend class due to health or travel reasons, you are required to notify Fluffie Lash Co at least 7 days before your scheduled class date in order to reschedule to another date within the same calendar year.
*Most states require that you have a Cosmetology or Esthetician license to legally perform lash extension services. Please check with your state’s board of licensing to confirm with your state’s laws and regulations.
